Here's my latest painting. Not quite finished. Haven't given it a title yet. The dimensions are 100x70cm. I love it. Especially love the action of painting, the energy and well being that the process generates. The connection I get with painting is one of the most fulfilling experiences. Painting reminds me of who I really am, connects me with my source. So I shall continue regardless. Tomorrow I get my new easel and canvases.

Joy

It's so joyful
to be alive
to breathe
to see
feel life vibrating
right now
in a sweet song of celebration.
All is perfect.
The imperfect
just a perception
the negative just illusion
misled belief.
Life responds beautifully.
All suffering a masquerade
of joy
longing to see
it's own reflection.

Dancing Heart

One moment lives
this sole event
One breath is breathed
this fills content.
What hides inside
cannot be seen
this chasing mind
an endless dream.
A space exists
your eyes cannot see
close by, touching
your heart.
Let her in
allow this goddess
to dance.
One sharing lives
this sole event
then multiplies
to such extent
that all are touched
by this dancing heart.
Given away
all participate
in the dreamless dream
the exilhirating dance
proliferates
and opens hearts
into one.
One dancing breath
an open heart
caressed from being
shared.
